Stevens Landing on Marco Island was built in 1988 and is a gated community. There are four floors in each building for a total of seventy-two units. As an affordable boating community, direct gulf access is through the Marco River. The amenities are docks, dry boat storage, tennis, heated pool & spa. No dogs allowed. 30-day rentals are permitted.
